Butter Coffee (don’t knock it ’till ya try it)

One of the biggest things I hear people struggle with trying to do a Whole30 or just eliminate sugar is giving up coffee creamer. For a long time, I used a Califia Farms almond creamer that tastes delish, cleaner ingredients than most, but still had some added sugar in it. I tried to drink coffee black for awhile, and still do sometimes, but I always miss that hint of creamy flavor. BUT! Dadadadaaaaa! For the past couple months, I’ve been making my coffee at home with Fourth and Heart Vanilla Bean Ghee and it has been LIFE CHANGING 😍

Butter Coffee

8 oz hot coffe
1 tablespoon ghee
(and sometimes a scoop of vanilla SFH protein!)

Blend together (yes, in a blender) and enjoy! Creamy, frothy, delicious, and so many benefits.
