This recipe is simple, grain-free, and makes two big, DELISH waffles.
Easy Protein Waffles
- 1 scoop vanilla protein
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl. Spray a waffle maker with coconut oil, and pour batter in. I topped mine with cinnamon and pure maple syrup.
