When you’re short on time, there’s nothing like the convenience of getting in a good workout at home. I’m all about living a healthy lifestyle that also fits into a busy lifestyle. Whether you’re building up the confidence to get to a gym, short on time, or just saving money, here are two of my favorite ways to sweat at home:
The hundreds of classes offered via iFit programming give you the feel of an actual cycling studio without leaving home. The bike is easy to use, lightweight, doesn’t take up much space, and the digital resistance feature (no knobs/levers to adjust) is awesome. I love that a lot of the studio classes are spent both on the bike and off the bike doing bodyweight style circuits. Need a quick Tabata or HIIT workout? Need something easy on the joints? Can’t drive to the gym because it’s -100 and/or a blizzard outside? This is my go-to!
